We've decided to hire a dedicated (B2B) salesperson to continue growing, so this is a perfect opportunity for ambitious sales professionals willing to grow with the company.
FatCats is hiring its first Sales Representative, as we currently don't have a dedicated sales team. This pioneering role will drive our sales strategy, and be responsible for generating new leads, engaging potential customers, and closing deals to bring in new business. You’ll act as the liaison between our JavaScript experts and companies in need of their skills, crafting personalized solutions to fit each client's unique requirements.
Together with our management, product, and marketing team, you'll define target markets and personas for which you'll develop personalized multi-channel outreach strategies. If you’re curious by nature and willing to experiment continuously - you’re the right person for the job. After creating interest from prospects, you’ll get all the necessary support from our leadership team to close the deal and get competitive bonuses.

Personal connections kick-started the company, while the organic referrals from satisfied clients made us grow and become a recognized brand. While referrals have brought us new customers, we want to develop a dedicated sales force to enhance our business growth and expand our customer base.
Our clients come from around the globe, mainly from Western Europe, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Japan - so these are the countries you'll be primarily targeting. Of course, we will always encourage experimentation with markets where we do not have a presence.
What you’ll do:
You will spend 80% of your time engaged in selling conversations and attracting new leads
Lead Sales Efforts: Owning the whole sales process, setting sales strategies for closing new deals, and achieving metrics set in cooperation with management. Actively participate in the design and execution of the sales process
Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting strategies to identify and engage potential clients, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Learn about Customers: Defining target companies and personas. Understand and identify the needs and pains of the prospect and qualify their interest.
Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach and initial meetings with new prospects to understand their requirements and present our offerings. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Sales Closure: Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to signing. Negotiate, prepare offers, and conclude new business deals
Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to adapt sales strategies, ensuring we meet our target audience's evolving needs
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our product team and JavaScript experts to understand the specifics of what we offer, ensuring accurate and effective client propositions
Give suggestions: Recommend changes in services, offerings, and policies by evaluating feedback
Reporting: Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Participate in international conferences
We expect you to have:
At least two years of experience working as a business developer, sales, or related role, in the IT industry
Proven track record of closing Software Development and Staff Augmentation deals
Resourcefulness- strategic mindset, flexibility, and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions. Brings new ideas to the company
Curiosity- the ability to understand customer context through effective questioning
Good listening skills- to be helpful and empathic
Relaxed, natural, and confident approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Prior proven success record
The ability to learn concepts and communicate those in an easy-to-understand manner
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Stable Internet connection and a quiet place to work from
